Richard L. Tobler, Esq


Mr. Tobler was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is a fifth generation Clark County, Nevada resident. When he graduated from Bonanza High School, he immediately obtained his Nevada real estate license. Mr. Tobler attended UNLV, where in 1987, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors, majoring in Public Accounting. He graduated from UNLV six days before he began attending the University of San Diego School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1990.  From 1990 through 1994, he associated with a firm in Las Vegas where he obtained experience in commercial real estate, contract/transactional matters, corporate and business litigation.   During such time, he acted as counsel to the Greater Las Vegas Association or Realtors®, overseeing Professional Standards and Arbitrations.  

Since opening his own practice in 1994, Mr. Tobler has primarily represented investors, developers, landlords and tenants related to retail shopping centers, apartment complexes and office/industrial warehouse complexes. In addition, he has considerable experience representing commercial borrowers for real estate acquisition and refinancings, and has for 26 years represented Nevada’s largest developer of low-income housing, where he facilitates the acquisition/renovation of apartment complexes assisted by HUD and State municipal bond financing for these low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) projects throughout the State of Nevada.  

Mr. Tobler and his wife enjoy adventure and the outdoors where they both love to hike, bike, backpack, ride ATVs/UTVs, ski, snowmobile, travel and relax in the mountains.
